Underwoods' Property Management Division manage in excess of 220 commercial properties in the UK, for around 70 investor clients - private individuals, property companies and pension funds.

The properties managed are of all shapes, sizes and types. Whilst most are located in the east Midlands and Home Counties, we have many properties under management in the South east, east Coast, West Midlands and the North West.

Our key management services include:

• Pro-active management of individual portfolios
  
• Collection of rent, insurance, service charge and other charges
  
• Annual insurance valuations
  
• Administration of service charge arrangements
  
• Regular inspections of managed properties

Additionally, managed property portfolios are regularly appraised to determine whether a better investment performance can be achieved by sale, further acquisition, re-gearing of leases etc.
