We provide a full marketing service to vendors, as well as to landlords and tenants, wishing to dispose of their freehold / leasehold interests. From an initial inspection of the property and consideration of relevant documentation, we can submit marketing reports, typically within 48 hours - to include advice on valuation, together with our recommendations to best fulfil the client's individual disposal criteria.

The Division prides itself on its successful record from one-off disposals, through to ongoing marketing programmes for office campuses, industrial estates and mixed use business park schemes.
